Copper bonded plate is manufactured from ISI Certified mild
steel. Copper is molecularly bonded to Nickel sealed steel to avoid copper to
steel merging. Bonding is done after all fabrication and drilling, so that no
steel part is exposed, so it replace copper plate for earthing. Minimum 100-
250 microns copper coating thickness, used in low soil resistivity areas where
fault current is very high.
