Copper Bonded Pipe

Copper bonded pipes are manufactured from ISI Certified mild steel pipe. Copper is molecularly bonded to Nickel sealed steel pipe to avoid copper to steel merging. Bonding is done after all fabrication and drilling, so that no steel part is exposed act as a copper pipe. Minimum 100- 250 microns copper coating thickness suitable for sea-shore area. Employed in places where soil resistivity is very low, where G I pipes cannot be used because of corrosive nature of soil. Copper bonded pipes are efficient than GI Pipes.
