This provides cost effective and long life. No galvanic corrosion of underground steel utilities around the electrodes .This type of plate electrodes installed at depth of 2.m from ground level. At this depth the moisture content is more and seasonal variation will be minimum. Resulting in very low soil resistivity.Since all joints are welded and then hot dipped act as Single electrode on the terminal.
