COPPER BONDED STRIPS

Copper bonded strips are manufactured from ISI Certified mild steel strips.Copper is molecularly bonded to Nickel sealed steel strip to avoid copper to steel merging. Bonding is done after all fabrication and drilling so that no steel part is exposed.Substitute for copper strip in earthing.
Minimum 100- 250 microns copper coating thickness. More Economical than copper strips, cost of Copper bonded strips is only 25% to 30% of copper strips. These strips can be used for earthing of transformer, generator, neutral and body also for earthing of motor control centers, main switch boards, sub switch boards in an industrial installation.

HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STRIPS

G I strips are manufactured from ISI Certified mild steel strip. Hot dipping is done after fabrication and drilling.
