Copper bonding done after fabrication of Rod with Strip, And drilling holes.Two and four holes with SS bolt and nut are available.

Copper bonded plate is manufactured from ISI Certified mild steel. Copper is molecularly bonded to Nickel sealed steel to avoid copper to steel merging.
TINNED COPPER BONDED PLATE
99.9% pure electrolytic quality copper is molecularly bonded to nickel sealed steel plates after all fabrication and drilling so that no steel part is exposed.
